Visitor Information
The Rietveld Schröder House (Prins Hendriklaan 50) is located in East Utrecht, near the Wilhelminapark. The Rietveld model home can be found around the corner on Erasmuslaan 9, and the Ticket Office on Erasmuslaan 5.
Opening hours
Wednesdays through to Sundays 11.00 – 17.00
Reservations required
Due to limited space, reservations need to be made prior to visiting. This can be done at the top right of this page.

Audio Tours
A visit to the Rietveld Schröder House, with standard included audio tour, takes approximately 1 hour. The audio tours are available in Dutch, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Japanese.

Tickets to the Rietveld Schröder House also include admission (on the same day) to the Centraal Museum and the dick bruna huis.
Guided tours
Guided tours of the Rietveld Schröder House are available on special request for up to 10 persons, including a subsequent tour of the Rietveld model home on Erasmuslaan 9.

€ 4: 13-17 years, CJP and Cultuurkaart pass holders, students

Special Excursion
In collaboration with Centraal Museum, the Aorta Centre of Architecture provides an excursion taking you along the highlights of Utrecht architecture. This excursion mainly focuses on Rietveld, but also includes visits to several other architectural masterpieces located in the Uithof campus area of Utrecht. By car (outside Utrecht)
From the A12 drive in the direction of Utrecht-Oost, take exit Stadion Galgenwaard
Public transport
From Utrecht Central Station, the Rietveld Schröder House can be reached by bus line 4 (direction Fockema Andrealaan), stop Prins Hendriklaan.
By bike
The Rietveld Schröder House is a 20 minute walk from Utrecht Central Station. If you prefer to take the bike, you can ask for a Rietveld loan bike at the entrance counter.

It is prohibited to take photos in the Rietveld Schröder House.
